You must have a retail store or a registered business address
Once you sign up, register an account and receive your wholesale login, you will be sent an email from Halation Agency that advises you on what brands are available to you in your area. This will have been crossed checked by your suburb.
The minimum order is set our per brand and can be seen on the policies section of the website. Some brands have minimum quality per product that will be shown on the drop-down menu when you enter your units into the shopping cart
All brands ship separately, and each brand uses unique couriers. The costs will be featured on your invoice. If you have a question about delivery time for a specific brand, please contact us. Otherwise, expect your delivery 1 – 7 days after payment is received.
Payment is made to the brand directly after receiving an invoice. The Halation Health website will create sales orders per brand, from your shopping cart and send to the brand to be an invoice.
The preferred payment method differs for each brand, the available payment methods will be confirmed at the point of invoice. Most commonly the brands will accept EFT and All credit cards excluding AMEX. You can also leave your Credit card details on when you submit the order
You have 48 hours from the invoice date to change your mind in writing.
We have all samples and offer showings at our Halation Agency showroom located at 3B, 55 Mentmore Ave Rosebery. We do not carry stock here, only samples to view and test. If you receive an email from Halation Health, and that brand is not right or relevant to your store, you can unsubscribe using the link “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email.
Alternatively you can also reply to the sales manager who will ensure you are taken off the list. Please note that this will only take you of that particular brand’s newsletter.
